Classic Monks v1.2.3

July 7, 2026

22 changes this release. 4 new features. 8 bug fixes. 6 enhancements. 2 security hardening updates. 1 workflow change. 1 removal.

The headliner is multisite compatibility: we added an optional setting to fully deregister the block library stylesheet instead of just dequeuing it, which fixes the WordPress 6.9.1+ notice on multisite installs where core blocks still depend on that handle. We also added Anthropic Claude and Zhipu GLM as native AI providers, customizable support links on the License page for white-label setups, and a read more/read less toggle for long Code Manager snippet descriptions.

On the fixes side: lifetime licenses no longer show as expired, SMTP debug output no longer breaks Bricksforge and JetFormBuilder form submissions, AI reference image uploads no longer return 400 errors, and Code Manager display conditions parse complex JSON correctly without double-encoding.

Security hardening: password reset and lost-password actions now only work through your custom login slug, and author archives and REST users endpoint are blocked when enumeration protection is on.

Tested up to

WordPress Version: 7.0
WooCommerce Version: 10.9.3
Bricks Builder Version: 2.3.8

Special Thanks

This release got better because people reported real problems:

Emmanuel SOYER: Custom Login URL bypass via wp-login.php action parameters, plus REST API user enumeration with protection toggles enabled.
Yann Ott: SMTP debug output breaking form submissions in Bricksforge and JetFormBuilder while mail still sent (Forum #56).
Adi Pasimi: AI reference image uploads returning 400 with OpenAI enabled.
Vid Tutek: Code Manager description toggles, Load More browsing, and display condition parsing for complex JSON.
Aaron Pendergraft: Customizable License Page Support Links under Enable White Label.
Karlo Rivera Velasquez: Media folders not filtering the library in Meta Box AIO (Forum #69).
