The following terms of service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the Company and you (“User”). By accessing the Website, and by purchasing, installing, downloading, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Website and Software immediately. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Software.

Licensing & Usage
All plugins sold on ClassicMonks.com are licensed per domain/site, according to the license purchased (e.g., single-site, multi-site, lifetime, etc.).
Licenses:
- Include automatic updates and support for the duration of the license period.
- Are managed through your Classic Monks account.
- Must not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Our proprietary license system ensures secure activation and monitoring. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your license without refund.
Payment & Billing
We use WooCommerce and Dodo Payments to securely handle all transactions. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Prices listed are in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee on purchases made through Classic Monks. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund by contacting us at help [at] classicmonks.com within 15 days of the purchase date.

Approved refunds will be processed for 80% of the purchase price. The remaining 20% is retained to cover transaction and administrative costs.

Refund requests submitted after 15 days from the purchase date are not eligible.

Refunds will not be granted in cases of abuse, violation of license terms, or if the purchase was made with the intent to copy, clone, or reverse-engineer our code.

Account & Access
To access plugin updates and license management features, a user account will be automatically created when you purchase any plan from the pricing page. You can then log in at dash.classicmonks.com to manage your account and access these features.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials safe
- Ensuring your information is accurate
- Not sharing your account or licenses
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting help [at] classicmonks.com. This will also deactivate all associated licenses.
Product Updates & Support
As long as your license is valid, you’ll receive:
- Plugin updates
- Bug fixes
- Email support via our help desk
Support is provided on a best-effort basis Monday to Friday during standard business hours (IST).
We reserve the right to discontinue support or development for a product at any time, with or without notice.
Acceptable Us
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our plugins for resale or redistribution
- Use our plugins for illegal or harmful activities
- Impersonate another user or Classic Monks team member
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
Third-party Integrations
Classic Monks plugins may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, MailerLite). We’re not liable for any issues or data breaches that occur due to third-party failures.
Limitation of Liability
Our plugins are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data or profits
- Compatibility issues
- Security vulnerabilities arising from external plugins or themes
Use our products at your own risk. Always backup your website before installation or updates.
