Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a credit card?

No. The sandbox is free. No card, no trial-to-paid conversion, no surprise charges.

How long does the sandbox last?

24 hours from the moment you log in inside the demo site. The timer starts when you click the login link.

Can I extend the sandbox?

No. Each sandbox is a fresh 24-hour window. If you need more time, the full plugin is $27/year for the Personal plan.

What happens to my test data when the sandbox expires?

The database is wiped. Anything you create during the test is gone. We do not back it up.

Is this the full plugin?

Yes. No features are gated. You get the same codebase that paying customers run.

Do I need to install Bricks separately?

No. Bricks is pre-installed and pre-licensed for the sandbox window.

Can I share the sandbox URL with my team?

The URL is single-use. If you want your team to test, each person should submit this form and get their own sandbox.

What you cannot do.

  • The sandbox is not a hosting account. It is a 24-hour test drive. Your data, your test
    content, your settings — all gone when the timer runs out.
  • We do not back up sandbox data. If you build something you want to keep, take screenshots or copy the content before the 24 hours expire.
  • Sandbox URLs are single-use. If you want your team to test, each person submits the form and gets their own sandbox.
  • The sandbox is for testing the plugin, not for support. Bugs found in the sandbox should be reported on the forum once you have installed the plugin on a real site.
