Are the docs up to date with the latest release?

Each doc shows when it was last updated. Features added since then are explained in that release's notes in the changelog until their doc is written.

Can I remove Classic Monks cleanly?

Yes. Completely Uninstall Classic Monks walks through it, and Reset Settings puts everything back to defaults without uninstalling.

Can I copy my settings to another site?

Yes. Export Settings on one site, then Import Settings on the next.
